- Post subject: Having trouble loading new albums into chart

First thanks for what you've done. I really appreciate it and have found lots of new albums to listen to from it. Just a couple things. Im unable to look at the overall chart past the first 1000 albums. And I'm also having trouble loading now albums to my own chart. The computer just locks up when typing in the artist entry. ( the point where a drop down menu would normally appear with artist suggestions ).
Thanks for the great site, so glad I found it.

Hi, sorry you are getting a problem.
First, I suggest trying CTRL+F5 on the 'My Chart' page (to force your browser to download the latest scripts). The functionality has changed a little bit and your browser might still be caching an older version. If that doesn't work, let me know which browser you are using and I will investigate.
The overall chart only lists the top 1,000. This might be increased in the future as the site gets bigger; but at the moment, beyond 1,000, the rankings are a bit too tightly grouped together to be very meaningful.

it sounds like the same problem as the first poster - have you tried press CTRL + F5 on the 'My Chart' page? Also, which version of IE are you using?
