This is the most well-known track off of this fairly obscure Big Beat/ Break Beat (although this track is neither of those) album from 2001. The comments in the video are essentially the only background information I can find on the band. I'd listened to the album several times, but I just added it today. The rest of the album is similar to The Chemical Brothers or Fatboy Slim.
