Yes. I know why this happened. When I was editing the album in February of 2017, I was not able to find the artwork. I checked the "NO Artwork" box. The next day, AM found the artwork and added it, but the box remained checked. When you did your edit, the box check, which had been overriden before when the artwork was added, then overrode the artwork that AM added. I have unchecked the box and re-added the artwork. There should be no further issues with this album.

Woops, sorry 🫢 (the field should get updated if artwork is added - a bug) (the checkbox is not visible to everybody). Romanelli, thanks for sorting & pointing out the issue.
