Penny Lane must surely be the winner. Jubilee street is really good too. Also 59th Street bridge song, Cypress Avenue and Baker Street must be up there.

Maybe Autumn Almanac counts, but it's not about a named street. Blue Jeans by Blur is worth considering as it mentions Portobello Road (I've not heard the Cat Stevens song)

I don't think a street gets mentioned in Positively 4th Street except the title #-o

Actually songs with real street names in their titles are what I actually meant. My list just had actual streets in the title. Because there's so many songs with just the words Street or streets in the title that it would be impossible to make a list of them.
I guess in Positively 4th Street the person he's talking about behaves Positively 4th Street. A certain type of person that you could find there.

He had a lot of songs with actual street names in the title. Especially the numbered streets. 57th, 82nd, 10th Avenue.

Concur with Baker Street.

and definitely concur with Telegraph Road, easily the greatest street/road/avenue/boulevard song ever.

I will add George Benson's On Broadway

and

The other greatest street/road/avenue/boulevard song ever, Cat Stevens' wicked 18th Avenue

It's weird that I forgot this one considering that Catch Bull at Four is one of my all-time favorite albums. It's weird that I remembered Portobello Road but not 18th Avenue. That should have been one of the first ones that I thought of.

David Bowie- Maid Of Bond Street
Squeeze - King George Street
Donovan - Sunny Goodge Street
Al Stewart - Old Compton Street Blues
Tom Waits - Gun Street Girl
Nick Heyward- Traffic In Fleet Street

And it's not a street name but I like that song from My Fair Lady:

On The Street Where You Live
