Yeah, "He's On Time" is the kind of rousing standard that feels like it would work best in a room full of loud, impestous, sing-along church-goers, while "Romance" is the perfect late-night comedown, listen-through-your-headphones-alone-with-a-glass-of-something-strong minimalist heartbreaker. Perhaps the latter situation seems much more common round these 'ere parts, which helps in "Romance"'s favor, but also it being among the best single I've heard the past couple of years.
