In the top rated section, you should be able to sort the top rated artists by each decade and year, like how you can sort the best artists in the top ranked artists section by each decade and year.

Thanks for the idea, but don't know how this could be achieved. Ratings behave in a different way to rankings. A ranking in a particular year/decade is based on the total points from the various albums released in that period. Ratings are currently attributed to the artist as a whole and not for each year/decade that they performed. We could use the average rating from each of their albums in a specified period and somehow come up with an overall average, but not sure if this would be a meaningful enough metric to use.
