But I know there are a lot of Prince fans on BEA.

That's fine, but this is about a soundtrack.

And SNF did for disco what Urban Cowboy did for country.

I was around when both of these movies/soundtracks were released and I assure you, weather you like it or not, Saturday Night Fever was bigger and better than Purple Vain



This song is better than any song on Purple Vain IMO

I love Saturday Night Fever, but I think I like Purple Rain just slightly more.

I remember how excited I was when that film came out. Most of my friends had no idea who this Prince-guy even was. However, I'd been a Prince fan ever since I bought the 45 of "I Wanna Be Your Lover." You know, it's a great feeling when everyone else around you "discovers" the thing that you've been listening to for years. lol

"Reign on, O' Purple One!" (Ummm...I'm referring to PRINCE. lol)
