Their third straight classic. Not as urgent as the first two but somehow feels more rounded. Should definitely not be overlooked. Some days it's my favourite B & S album.
I love the structure of the album. The first half ambles along a bit -very prettily -but without really hitting that hard. Then the second half is just great. Killer segue from a space boy dream to dirty dream number two. Then followed by the title track (their best known song and still massive crowd pleaser). Roller Coaster Ride is the ultimate B&S closer.
I agree that B&S's first 2 are superior (and IMO so is 2015's Girls in Peacetime Want to Dance), but this one strikes at a more specific place for me. At times both relaxing and incredibly thought-provoking, to me this the perfect album to listen to on a Sunday when you've woken up at noon.
