Well I nominated it so I'm certainly going for the Oscar winning soundtrack to The Social Network my favourite film from last year. The only soundtrack I've ever been able to listen through like an album and it works crazily well. Also the version of In The Hall Of The Mountain King, though probably the most well known, was actually one of the lesser tracks on the soundtrack. Here's a couple of the best tracks:
Also do we really want 3 Ennio Morricone soundtracks going through to the next round? I mean yeah he's probably universally regarded as the greatest film composer of all time and even I would be loathed to dispute that, but come on give the new guys a chance... 😁
