Seems kinda weird that artists from Puerto Rico have the Puerto Rico flag listed for their nationality (eg. Ricky Martin). I don't really care that much, but I just wonder if it's intentional, and if not it's kinda funny...
On BEA, countries are selected from a list. Beneath the scenes, the list is derived from ISO 3166 and the derived ccTLDs. If a country appears on the list, it will be used here on the site. This avoids any political interpretation from BEA over which countries should (or should not) appear.
