The first song I'm going to post here about Godly love is a bilingual song. It is sung partly in English and partly in Spanish. I think it's a really beautiful song. It's a duet by Sandi Patty and Miguel Angel Guerra. It's called Solo El Amor (Only Love). I love the lyrics "I've only known, once in my lifetime, love in its purest form. He came here for me, suffered and then died under a crown of thorns." So meaningful!

A couple more songs about Godly love. The first one is about Godly love being addictive. It's called "Addictive Love" and it's by BeBe & CeCe Winans. This one crossed over to the R&B chart and was number one on the R&B chart for two weeks in 1991. It also won the 1992 Dove Award for Contemporary Gospel Song of the Year. My favorite line from the song is "He's taken my heart and showed me the right way".
The next one is called "His Life for Mine" and it's by The Talley Trio. It's a powerful song! My favorite lines from this one are "What love divine! He gave His life for mine!"
