I think that Best of 2010 should be changed to Best of The 2010s to encompass the whole decade now that we are two years through. I also think it would be interesting to add a Best of 2012 just to see how many changes there are at the top spot

yes, just a little bit 😁
the best of year chart usually gets promoted from March onwards. Until then, the year chart won't have much shape.
Also, from previous experience, in January and February people are mainly interested in seeing the chart for the previous year (I can tell this very clearly from the search queries that people use to find this website).
I hadn't really thought about the best of 2010s yet, but I can see this starting to be promoted at the back-end of this year (there's not enough data at the moment to make it overly interesting).
