The LA team is 100% badass... the Detroit team could have been better. It terms of cities, Detroit wins; between these line ups, LA wins easily

Eminem, might as well have picked Kid Rock; White Stripes are a shitty version of the Stooges; and Stevie, though considered great by many, is really a snoozefest (I suppose he could have been a reserve)

I swear we've had this conversation before. We disagree I guess is the endpoint. I mean, you have to admit that you not liking Stevie is just your opinion and is not objectively looking at Detoit. And I have to admit that me choosing Stripes over Stooges was probably not being as objective as I could (I just like The White Stripes so much more). Marvin Gaye was really hard to leave on the sidelines but with having Stevie and The Supremes already, I didn't want to Motown the fuck out of it. And Eminem was obviously to have some variety - but I am surprised you don't like him even a little. He has at least 2 great albums.
