I find some radiohead songs to be pretty sad. There are some songs that just remind me of sad past times and it makes me cry. Jeff Buckleys 'Hallelujah' sometimes makes me cry but mainly because i think it is such a beautiful and sweet song thats why it makes me cry sometimes.

Neighbourhood#1 off the Funeral album by Arcade Fire has made me cry before. I was watching it on channel V and they were showing arcade fire play live at a festival and it was so beautiful!

There are numerous versions of Mad World. But this particular live performance of it still sends shivers down my spine because it just seemed to be one of those magical moments when everything falls into place and you know that the people that were there experiencing it were all on the same unified frequency and in awe.
