Yeah, I recently read about him and picked up his debut. Most of it sounds like fairly entertaining David Bowie and Elton John impersonations, but there are a few songs that are really good on there.

I actually wouldn't put They Might Be Giants or Crash Test Dummies into this category - neither are ridiculous, just different, and somewhat humorous. I also am quite fond of God Shuffled His Feet, incidentally.

To Purple: I agree Locust Abortion Technician is the best Butthole Surfers album, but I've mentioned it a lot on this site and have it on my list so I figured I'd switch it up for the hell of it.
