On my phone I find it hard to navigate through the website because the display is not as large as that of the PC.
In the future it will be possible to have the app?

In a similar thread that I made, albummaster said that he was working on rewriting the site so that it works better on phones. It's too much work to be done until the premium membership is in place.
What WindowAbove said. It's a big job to rewrite the site, and it's going to happen piece by piece. There are large sections of the site that are not suited to touch-screen devices. A separate BEA app with the core functionality of BEA may happen if it proves too big a job to rewrite the website. Anyway, whichever way around, everyone here is aware of the need for the site to run on mobile devices (development time/money constraints just holding it back from being done sooner).
