Well 2010 is almost at a close (only 2 weeks!)
So I thought to create a topic for what people have heard that they are excited about for 2011.
Some albums to start off:
- Ritual by White Lies
- Collapse into Now by R.E.M.
- Untitled by Coldplay
- And hopefully a Radiohead album/EP/compilation/live album/soundtrack/misc.

TBA - Fleet Foxes
anything by Aphex Twin
Watch The Throne - Kanye West & Jay-Z
and
WTF - VANILLA ICE (AH YEA!)

Certainly new albums from The Strokes and Radiohead are what I'm most excited about.
Also:
Cold War Kids
Bright Eyes
Death Cab for Cutie
Is Coldplay really putting out a new album in 2011? Add that to my list, too, then. Along with a new Fleet Foxes, if that's also happening.
I keep reading about this new U2 album that's either in progress or already completed, but... maybe they're focusing on fixing Spiderman first.

Continuing with my Radio Disney obsession, here are mine:
1. Avril Lavigne-Goodbye Lullaby
2. Charlie N. George-The Good Album
3. Rush-Clockwork Angels
4. Vanessa Carlton-Rabbits on the Run
5. Radiohead's New Album (Duh)

They might even pioneer a technique that will have adverts or previews of the album beamed into our dreams at night. If Thom was reading this now, he would so mad that somebody had thought of the possibility. Or I may have just given him the idea...

It's about time the Avalanches released a new album, and it's been rumored to be floating around near completed... somewhere
