So it's been a long time since I heard Supreme Clientele, but I wasn't that crazy about it at the time. That being said, I've gotten a lot more into Wu-Tang since then, and I imagine if I heard it today I'd like it a lot more. That being said, I did rather enjoy Square, and I'm too lazy to re-listen to Supreme Clientele, and Square is the underdog anyway. Also Ghostface is great but not really one of my favorite Wu members (yeah I said it). So yeah, going with Square for a handful of reasons, but somehow I doubt it's going to win regardless.
Yeah, but I'm kind of in the same boat as denmarkman is.
When I listen to Square, I feel like I'm listening to an album, but when I listened to Supreme Clientele, nothing about that listen stood out.

Supreme Clientele, though I prefer Ironman and 12 Reasons to Die, is still a great album that's among the best in the tournament. Square bored me a lot and it was hard to sit through.
