Albums where every song is very good with no particularly noticeable high points or low points.

Stumped. I can think of many albums that don't really have low points, but they pretty much all have high points. But personally I could always go with

I'm sorry this is one of my favorite albums ever but I gotta agree. While there are a couple notable high points in comparisson to the rest to me (the first two tracks and then the Ballet For A Rainy Day/1000 Umbrellas combo), the bigger thing for me is that you've got to admit at the least that Big Day is a real drop down in quality from what else is here.

I think for an album to have no noticeable high points would generally mean it was a forgettable mosh of an album. Just about the only exception I have for this would be

Square by Buck 65

because it's a memorable mosh of an album. How do you pick a high point when everything just keeps changing? I guess on the other end of the spectrum you could have something like

The Disintegration Loops by William Basinski

where there are no real high points or low points just by default.
