With my overall chart, I've always tried to have as wide a variety of music I love as possible, and I was wondering what other charts here are the most eclectic for you. What do you all think?

Humblebrag: The Thread

I'm most interested in the depth of personality in a chart. I think range for range's sake can be just as boring as having lots of canon releases.

I've always gone with the the outlandish concept of putting my favorite albums on my chart. Crazy, I know.

🤣
I completely agree (though I promise that I wasn't just trying to brag with this thread). I just think that range and contrast can be interesting, too.

Also, once you get past 5000 albums, you likely have many more "favorite albums" than 100, so it's more than possible to pick and choose which 100 of your favorites to include.
