My favourite live album of an electronic band. I used to listen to it a lot when driving. Robot Rock is a way to start a concert, too. _________________ Always shouts out something obscene

honestly a pretty solid album, and one of the only times Daft Punk ended up deserving even half the hype the always end up receiving

I've been hating on French house a lot lately (bcuz musical gentrification), but Daft Punk has always transcended that phrase. They are much more like the Radiohead of electronic music, and this is there I Might be Wrong.

I have no idea what this analogy is supposed to be suggesting about anything

I guess that they shouldn't be associated with canonical house music (and instead be seen as genre synthesists that combine lots of electronic variants with pop), but maybe nobody ever connects them with house anymore anyway.
I was going to compare them to Pink Floyd or the Beatles instead, but I thought this would make more sense.
Anyway, this album is really fun, though I still consider Human After Al to be their masterwork (and Discovery and Random Access Memories superior to this).
