Best? Favourite? Greatest?

I always thought that DSOTM had the biggest appeal of any album, and now here is more evidence!

That is a pretty impressive run. Is that the longest any album has been on there?

Yes, followed by:

2. Legend: The Best Of Bob Marley (979 weeks)

...followed by two greatest hits compilations, one of them much like Heineken beer. Watered down so much that noone really can say they dislike it, but really without any flavor whatsoever.

Back in the 80's Journey was king.

The longest as far as brtish charts i'm not sure but The Fame - Lady Gaga has been there almost all the time since 2008.

Ehh, not that popular, from what i've heard their latest album has only sold 21,000 copies in a week. If they still had Steve Perry they'd of probably sold more.
