I really liked Crimson a lot. It kind of gives off a pre-Opeth vibe (knowing that Akerfedlt played lead guitar on the album, I can see why I thought that). Despite it being a 40 minute continuous piece, it never got dull and was evolving very nicely throughout.
However, I'm going with my nom. Beneath the Remains is my favourite thrash metal album ever; ferocious and absolutely ruthless. Really blows the big 4 out of the water. _________________
