recover albums deleted from database

so when an album is deleted from the database for one reason or another, it is removed from all charts it appears in, and going back to previous versions of the charts will not reveal it. Is the identity of deleted albums saved anywhere? I'd trying to figure out what was deleted from my 2013 and 2010s charts but I can't remember what was in there...

At the moment, albums are deleted from the database if they are flagged as suspect for more than 28 days (& suspect items are flagged across the site). A page could be added to the site listing everything that has been deleted on the site (albums, artists, tracks etc) if it helps people to locate deleted items but items can be removed from the site for a variety of reasons (e.g. duplicates, items added by mistake, malicious content etc) and a page wouldn't necessarily show you the reason for deletion of a specific item or which charts an item appeared in.

no I know that albums can be removed for plenty of reasons and I'm not contesting that. Tbh I don't really care why the album was deleted (I trust that you and/or mods made the appropriate call) I'd just like to know what was deleted (for organizational purposes mostly)

I think because the album doesn't seem to exist outside of BEA so it was impossible to verify (still unable to find anywhere else)

that explains that one then, so album is valid (album can be re-added to the site)

In the text on that page it says the Edomites are the performing artist & MyShitEatsTapes is the label (so original title would be correct but explains why this was a bit difficult to track down)

I met the band irl at a record fair and can confirm the information was correct as entered. Does "just trust me on this" work as a means of verifying data? ๐Ÿคฃ

hey AM, think you could post whatever albums show up in your code as having been deleted 4 days ago? Apparently an album on a chart of mine got hit but on the 6th idk what it was
