Hello,

While trying to update one of my charts, i get "Your chart has the maximum number of undefined entries".
I've found an old topic about this issue and tried all of the possible fixes. I've also tried to update the chart on two different browsers, and to update any of my other charts. I get the same message.
The site seems slow, for example, the "my charts" page displays the complete list of my year charts, while they're usually hidden behind a title "Year charts for the xxxxs".
I guess the problem will be fixed if a wait a bit 😉

Thank you for your help

I'm seeing the same thing. i can't add an album to a yearly chart. (i CAN modify the order of existing albums on a chart.) Also, i cannot "search" for an album for a forum post. Probably has to do with javascript not working on https ("BEA is now using SSL").

Apologies for the problem, now fixed (one of the underlying scripts was still being served over HTTP). If anyone spots anything else amiss please let us know.

well I don't have any problems but there's still som stuff who hasn't recovered since the incident last night. the tick-boxes are all blank, and a lot of other stuff are also blank or has a question tag appearing in them.

Hi martinho, where on the site are you seeing the blanks? I'd like to fix any issues but haven't seen anything amiss this morning.

evryhing's ok on my iPhone. but on the mac i'm currently using via safari there's a lot missing. ok so i am on wes montgomery's full house album side. on the top left the best ever-logo is missing and replaced with a "?". all 56 tic-boxes are blank. and the amazon eBay iTunes-boxes are empty.
