Had to shorten the title to make it fit, so my apologizes if there is confusion. If you could remove one album from the top 100, and add one album of your choice, which albums would you pick and why? I'm interested in hearing the responses that people propose (if there are any). If I could remove an album, it would probably be "Appetite for Destruction" by Guns N' Roses because for as well as it sold, I wouldn't call it a good album, it just has a ton of single power that made it so widely known, that people probably just put it on their list because they already knew some of it. I also think that nostalgia has a lot to do with its ranking, and with as poor of an average that it has (78/100), there is no reason to me why it should be in the top 100. The album I'd like to replace it with is "Hot Fuss" by the Killers. Ironically, this is the one album that I've loved longer than any other album, mostly because I listened to it against my free choice, which I didnโt mind at all. I think it is beyond underrated, I was stunned to find that it only has an average of 77/100. I love every single track, and even looking at them objectively, I can only see someone not liking the closer track enough to call it great. I believe that if people saw it in the top 100 albums, then it would be taken more seriously, and its average would begin to rise. I'm hoping to see some interesting and passionate replies, maybe even passionate enough for me to try the album you're rooting for!
Probably replace My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy with Late Registration. Runaway is my favorite Kanye song, but I still think that Late Registration is a better album. Also, it does not have a feature from Nicki Minaj.

Probably Remove Coldplay's a Rush of Blood to the End, it's not particularly bad, but it's not particularly memorable either, it's fine Coldplay fair, but it doesn't have much significance as much as The Who's Tommy which really popularized the concept albums and without it we would probably never have Jems such as The Wall or Ziggy Stardust _________________ Nothing really matters, anyone can see, nothing really matters, nothing really matters to me.
but in seriousness I'd say take out Magical Mystery Tour because isn't 5 Beatles albums enough? And replace it with something that you don't see represented on the charts at all, electronic music (Kid A, Dummy and MPP don't count). And hell if I can just choose anything why not this
I have a complicated relationship with MMT, On one hand, it's basically just an EP, with some previously released songs tacked on to it, but at the same time those songs are the beatles best, so my philosophy is, even though it's on my chart, I don't think it should actually be on the top 100, which is a weird position I think but idk. _________________ Nothing really matters, anyone can see, nothing really matters, nothing really matters to me.
