Hmm... I'm leaning towards The Cure here, but that's probably because I just listened to Disintegration again before coming in here.

Think I'll go listen to them both again, back to back, and then come back with my vote.

Hunky Dory is great for long car trips, relaxing outside in a lounge chair, or while enjoying a cup of coffee with a friend.

Disintegration is good for a coaster.

(Don't bitch. Hey, the coffee cup will leave a ring on the table top if you don't use the Disintegration CD under it. Everyone knows that...sheesh!)

Someone's obviously not a fan?

My vote is easy. Hunky Dory is a good album but yeah... Disintegration for me. An album I will always cherish for its undertones of love and loss and the atmosphere it creates as an entire album.

Hmm...actually never thought of that. The Cure are not unlistenable at all, but don't come near Hunky Dory.
