I'm not aware of any other covers of Enjoy The Silence but here's my favourite cover of Everything Counts.

Absolutely - the album's a masterpiece. Besides Enjoy the Silence, highlights for me on this album include Halo and Waiting for the Night (hearing that song performed live a few years ago blew me away, it's absolutely haunting). Of course there's the hit singles World In My Eyes, Policy of Truth, and Personal Jesus there as well, but not a weak track on the entire album.
