hahahaha. I think someone doesn't like Pearl Jam.

Also when I was a teen I really liked this album and now there's still a couple songs I like, but overall it's a pretty boring album.

TimeLion is talking about Sex Type Thing. The lyrics can easily be interpreted as about rape.

And I agree with seth Core is boring. I bought this CD when I first got into STP, hoping I would like it as much as Purple. But I never liked it at all, except for a couple songs. I used to only play Core when I was having trouble sleeping at night, and it usually worked. Then I finally traded it at used record store for a quarter. I don't miss it at all. Each of the next four albums are way better than Core.

Ah gotcha - it's been so long. And my 14 year old self likely wasn't thinking about rape. Then again I caught onto Bang and Blame and Rape Me...

But yes, Agreed - Core may have been an ok album for it's time and certainly has some hits worth revisiting, but overall is boring as hell.

Creep is still possibly one of their best songs though.
