The overall chart feature has a bug ever since you can change the ranking system (as in, now you can sort by rank score, chart apperances, ratings, etc..). Now, whenever you set it to "rank score," it scores it by the rank score of the overall site, even when you only select charts from publications. It displays the correct value, however.
