It was between Tilly and Luigii for me, but ultimately voted for Luigii just because I have been pretty up to date with the top 10 is Tilly's chart from the "mellow" music diary. I also highly recommend everyone check out Jimmy Dreads chart and would be happy if that one won as well. Personally, I'm pretty familiar with most of those "reggae" albums already but I would bet most are not.

Well the only album in your top 10 that I am super well acquainted with is TPAB, and the rest seems worth diving into so... seems like a good opportunity to dive into some new and intriguing art. Not that any of the other charts are bad or uninteresting, they're all great!

If I win or anyone else gets it, I do want to have a bit of a synopsis of why the user likes it as well as describe the overall album. Hell, the fact I am winning is insane. WTF? I'm not complaining, but I am surprised.
