Damn. These two songs make me excited for a hopeful new album and a new Outkast record.

These are two damn fine songs, some of the best I've heard this year so far.

I don't know if we'll see an Outkast album, but hopefully more Andre 3000 in this ilk in the near future.

These two songs are long enough to be an EP so I can't really complain.

I do agree that we might not get an Outkast album. That was the young kid in me that just wanted them to work together again. Also do agree with the other comment where this is long enough for an ep.

RYM has it listed as an EP. Is this an EP we can add to the site? I mean it is 20+ mins which is the requirements for the site and it seems essential for a 2018 chart. Just not sure if this is truly an EP or just 2 singles.

Not sure if it's a full release, but it's damn good. It's the best thing I've heard this year.

I meant to ask you about this, Luigii. Sorry I forgot man. These are fantastic. It's just so great having Andre back, even if it comes with some solemn ramifications. I'm really intrigued to see what he does next. Is it wrong to say that I want hear him do more tracks like "Me and My"?

Not at all. Hell at first I thought it was weird. But after I found out these two tracks were about the passing of Andre's mom and dad, it made me realize how dope it was. Also would love to see an album that had a similar vibe of Me and My.

Yeah a whole album would be great. I can't help but hear the impression Frank Ocean's made on him. I instantly thought of Godspeed, even though they don't have many similarities.

I could see a similarity on how both songs bring the artist to a vulnerable state. However the sound is different. Godspeed was more ambient orientated while Me and My was more related to oldschool jazz.

Yeah definitely. That's what I mean with the bass clarinet and everything. That's always been Andre's thing which feels so natural.
