Granted there are still some albums to come that can make a splash in some member charts (Whole Love by Wilco), but 2011 statisically speaking according to the website and just looking at the year 2011 is one of the worst years in music history up there with 1974. 2010 was a pretty good year with My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, The Suburbs and High Violet but 2011 has been a disapointment to this point

I can see why you would say that if you are listing MBDTF and The Suburbs as the best from last year
New Wilco album though? had no idea, looking forward to that now

Still, some pretty good stuff to come out. Helplessness Blues, Gloss Drop, Tomboy, Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will, and of course, the almighty Giles Corey.

I don't have a personal worst year in music, although going by rankings here the year 1990 does badly.
