Hi there, I have two questions:

1. How can I find the albums ranked out of 1-1000? Why limit the number to 1000? Now only the 1-1000 albums are displayed at the statistics pages. There are so many great albums but only if I know the title I can't find them on this website.

2. Can I hide some albums at the statistics pages because there are many are not my type but every time when I browse the page I need to jump them again and it's obviously waste time. It would be great if I can filter them out.

Waiting for help! ๐Ÿ˜

1. Thanks for feedback. Could definitely look at increasing limits on the top rated and year/decade pages. (Overall chart goes up to 10,000).

2. BEA used to have an 'ignore/skip' list a long time ago, but this got removed as nobody was using it as probably implementation wasn't that great. This could be improved/reinstated.

Hi albummaster,

Many thanks for your reply!

Let's take the page of "Best Albums of 2019" for example, please could you let me know that how to increase the limit so that I can see all the albums. I did not find any related settings on the page.

Thank you!

Hi, it's not possible view past the top 1,000 on those pages right now but this is going to be changed in a future site update.

Okay, thank you for letting me know. I'll wait for the update. Thanks!

Adding to this: It has probably been discussed before, but it would be a nice feature if it was possible to filter the charts by genre. Maybe add genres from RYM or Acclaimed Music or Wiki? I would be willing to help add/moderate it.

It was debated some time ago but I don't know what happened after...
