Something off of "The Moon & Antarctica" would've won here, but not that MM track.

Ahem... cellphone woes. I meant to tap MM:POTS, but I spect I missed and hit that abstain button. Looks like Isaac Brock is going to lose anyway, but he has my ghost vote.

I thought about nominating 3rd Planet but I didn't want to go all indie rock for my picks. Gotta go with Modest Mouse since they're my favorite band and this is one of my favorite songs off of a very underrated album, but I won't be disappointed to see Hard to Explain go on.

I'll go Modest Mouse. Really spacious, weird and interesting track. Hard to Explain is cool but I don't find it so exciting these days.

Neither one does much fore me, but the MM was the more unique and therefore interesting between the two, so it got my vote.

Hard To Explain. I've underappreciated The Strokes for some reason. Their entire discog is really solid.

I really like Modest Mouse and this track but Hard To Explain Comes from one of my favorite 2000 albums so this one wins

One of the most overrated of the 00s vs one of the most underrated.

'Hard to Explain' shows that Casablancas might be the best English-speaking white male pop lyricist of his generation.
