Post subject: Getting notified when an album we know changes year
Sometimes the year of an album gets changed to the correct one, yet I see many users never update their charts to remove the now ineligible album. I think users would benefit to know that an album they have interacted with has changed the attribute that determines in which chart they can get included. It would be far from spam since albums don't get their years changed regularly, but it would be an incentive to keep our charts up to date.

Yes, it's a good idea. It's on the list to add some kind of indicator on the My Charts page if there are suspect albums in any of the charts (similar issue reported a while back), and out of place albums in year/decade charts could be added in the same kind of way as it feels the same sort of issue. Email notifications can be a bit spammy so BEA needs to be careful how this is implemented (perhaps add the ability to opt-in/out if we go down the email route).
