My understanding is that because it's a re-recording of an album and not simply a reissue of already existing recordings that it's acceptable. It also has a new title. Unless AM says otherwise, I think you're good with this. _________________ I'm leaning on the threshold

just to confirm re-recordings are generally fine, but the material on a re-recording should not contain tracks, in their original form, from the original album. Re-issues are treated differently as BEA only lists the original release of each album.
