A couple of users have noted this within the previous red-flag thread I created about James Walsh, but it definitely deserves to be flagged in its own dedicated thread: an artist named Darren Isaiah has seen his albums take suspiciously (to say the least) gigantic leaps onto the chart within the last week. The immortal Prince Freakazoid is now at #1,853 on the all-time chart, rising from #1,968 last week and zero before that.
Madhattanjack notes in the other thread that all of the accounts that have posted lists with PF as the #1 album of all time were clearly created by the same person. It has been argued in that previous thread that there is nothing technically illegal about listing one's own album as the greatest of all time. But surely something should be done about things like this.
The duplicate accounts have now been banned. It might take a few hours for updated stats to trickle through the site (banned user rankings do not contribute towards the totals).
