Oh God, wow, what a great pair of movies. Gotta go with The Deer Hunter but I would've voted for Pan over like, 90% of the other movies in this tourney I think.

The Deer Hunter is beautiful. Pan's Labyrinth is enjoyable, yet verging on ridiculous towards its ending.

I always found Pan to be massively overhyped (even it's aesthetics didn't live up to their reputation!) and The Deer Hunter has been on my "to-see" list forever. So I abstain. from this one 😐
