Nice choice of a topic! I've always intended to do this myself but I've never quite got around to it.
What I find interesting in your rankings is the disparity in the two Load records. I'd love to hear why!

I do not have all Metallica albums but have always been a massive fanboy.
Order from what I have.
1. Master of Puppets. Hands down, this stands above all others.
2. Kill 'em All This, Black album & Ride the Lightning all very equal
3. Black Album
4. Ride the Lightning
5. Garage Inc. Even though covers, they done them so well and surpassed the originals on many.
6. Reload
7. Justice For All 'One' is one of the greatest songs they ever made.
8. Death Magnetic
9. Lulu Made with Lou and not as bad as everyone made out
10. St Anger Undisputed worse. Terrible
