I like the Earl song but I don't know if it's his best, obviously the very (perhaps just a bit too so) recognizable sample and brief running time makes it feel more like a provocative interlude even though I know he's made a mastery of brevity. The Blonde Redhead song though is again another strong grower, even if admittedly a lot of fond 00's nostalgia is helping with the enjoyment of the song.

Interesting. I had no idea what the sample was until you brought it up (and I did a quick Google). Never heard it beforehand. I think it's great use of it though.
