got to go with khruangbin izzy delan off the animation music video alone. what a work of art. i wonder who directed it. the tracks are pretty equally engaging though. they both asked me to be patient, and they both paid off to varying degrees.

Khruangbin's always been a band I wish I liked more than I do. On paper I should love em, and one of my best friends does, but for me I'm always left underwhelmed. full disclosure, Izzy Delan is my sister. BUT outside of any like familial obligation to support your sibling's music career or whatever though I genuinely really love what she did with this and believe in it as worthy of this tournament. Hope it wins the round but even if not thank you all for giving it a listen. I remember looking through the credits and thought I saw a familiar name :P, congrats and it definitely gets a score well above zero. And I do genuinely prefer the soothing but melancholic feel of that track to the melaton-ed quirkiness of the other.
