Hi
I'm thinking if possible to customise the overall chart by excluding decade charts and year charts, only including All Time charts it would be much fun.
What do you think?

If I understand you correctly, you're saying you want to determine what the ranking points would be for each album in the overall chart if no single-year or decade charts were included in the ranking calculations? And then make a chart based on those ranking points, so as to compare those results with the current overall chart?
I have to admit it doesn't sound like fun, at least to me, but as long as In The Aeroplane Over the Sea ends up with a significantly lower number, it's probably worth doing.

You understood me correctly. I still think it's fun because all time charts are more crucial and selective.
I think the site started based on all time charts only.

I'll add change to the list, but older charts are discounted after ten years (points decay to zero) so it might not have such a big effect.

I believe all time charts of the last 10 years are enough to make a decent overall chart.

agree, would still make a decent chart, but just saying results might not be a lot different without year/decade charts (but will add to list so you can include/exclude chart types)

I'm excited to see this option and it's results.
It will have more influence on the charts than excluding Recognised Charts.
