This is one of my favourite live albums, including a very young Dave Grohl. Very solid album and particularly like the cover versions of Jesus Doesn't Want Me For A Sunbeam, The Man Who Sold The World & Where Did You Sleep Last Night
A groundbreaking album. Previous MTV unplugged performances were pretty much bands playing their hits acoustically. This was something completely different.
Yes, it’s acoustic but the feel is of something different and fresh. A band going of in an exciting direction, taking a risk, unusual song choices and a different way to deliver their music.
What could have been a disaster is an undeniable success.
