Apologies for being a bit slack with announcing changes recently, but there's been quite a few changes over the past few months (working my way through the backlog). The more notable changes/fixes have been as follows:
- Added ability for users to make draft posts on forums (useful for long posts)
- Added link to each album from within chart editor to allow easier checking of details
- Added 'merged album' chart warnings for where an album in a chart has been merged into another (usually due to being a duplicate)
- Added elder level 'badge' to user profiles
- Update admin album help text for where a track contains multiple sub-numbered parts
- Sorting album rankings by year (on album page) now sorts user charts properly
- Disallow non guru users from editing tracks containing existing ratings/comments (all users still able to add and edit tracks without ratings)
- 'Insert BEA link' now shows country (for albums, artists, users & charts) plus year of release for albums
- [Many more smaller changes/fixes also made, but too trivial to list individually]
Planning more (& bigger) changes over the next few weeks and months.
Enjoy the site and more soon.
AM

Hi albummaster, what constitutes "guru" status out of interest?

It's the name of a mod level for those people with over 100,000 edits (& 100 forum posts)

Just to clarify, does "edits" mean mod points or total points? Or an actual number of edits? 🤔

Apologies, should have stated mod points to be more precise (edits are approved by default and worth one point each).
