This one kinda sucks. I actually like Diet Pepsi. I think it's a solid pop track, and Rae's had some of the better mainstream cuts of the last year and a half.

But... I mean, Max Potential is... very good tooโ€”

Will think it overโ€”

Ha! I LOVE how this video showcases what women idealize and find sexy in men. ๐Ÿ˜…

Got to be Max Potential for me

Very easily Nourished, really interesting (though near-maximalist) mix up of styles, while the other one feels like a less appealing 2010s hybrid (really I just can't get into the vocals).

I heard some Lana Del Rey for sure (in "Diet Pepsi").

I LOVE Nourished By Time so a pretty easy vote for me too.

Mildly surprised that Max Potential was chosen over the album's self-titled track, but a great pick and a clear - for me - winner nonetheless.

That title track has too much "final track" energy to work in this context imo, like it needs to have the full album directly behind it for it to rly hit the best. There's a lot of picks that would be good for this but I just remember when this one got released as the first single and being so blown away, like the *ascent* of it makes it feel like its slow motion overlaid regular motion like there's multi-temporal axes being rotated, it's so special

Yeah, that's a fair point. I'm glad a Nourished by Time song was nominated either way.
