What is the policy with the new editions of old releases? And I mean essentially new and different edition. For example Wishbone Ash's Argus, originally released 1972. And the 2007 Deluxe Edition which includes 3 bonus tracks and a second disc: BBC radio one "In Concert" (recorded 1972).
Could it be added to BEA as a new separate album titled e.g. Argus (Deluxe Edition) 2007?

I'm pretty sure the short answer is no. There are so many deluxe/expanded reissues of albums that it would be unrealistic, unwieldy, and frankly unworkable to create new listings for them. Now, if a newly compiled and released bonus disc eventually receives its own standalone release (like IN RAINBOWS DISK 2, for example), that would be eligible to be added to the database.

BEA is policy is to only list the original version of each album. From the guidelines: "Different versions of the same album (e.g. re-issues, re-releases etc) are not listed (this stops the site being flooded by multiple versions of the same release).
