They place Nevermind, Sgt. Peppers, Jagged Little Pill & The Fame on the same list
It's just like, a whole bunch of nobody's talking about music that they know nothing about _________________ Doubles & Conch

Jost spotted this in the article
Wayne Coyne of The Flaming Lips was asked to select his most overrated album by The Guardian, and he selected Nevermind: ''I never get out Nevermind and think: what great production, what great songs. Nevermind had a poisonous, pernicious influence. It legitimized suffering. The sainthood of Kurt Cobain overshadows the album: Kurt's lyrics, his attitudinising and navel-gazing, were hard to separate from the band's image. You can never just hear the record. For me, Bleach and In Utero are superior. Even the album cover seems cheap: that stupid dollar bill just seems to have been airbrushed in there. If Alice in Chains had done it, we'd have thought it was a joke, but because it was Nirvana we thought it was oh-so-clever. If you think you're going to hear an utterly original, powerful and freaky record when you put on Nevermind, as a young kid might, Christ you're going to be disappointed. You're going to think, ''Who is this band that sounds just like Nickelback? What are these drug addicts going on about?''
I didn't realise that Wayne Coyne was such an arsehole? I mean I remember him having a go at Arcade Fire a while back, but this quote really shows his true colours coming out

Come on this article is right about the majority of the 10 albums: sgt pepper (strongly agree), alanis morissette, moby, oasis, lady gaga, eminem.
I just strongly disagree about Nevermind, that I like now better than ever !

I don't really think he's being an arsehole, considering the two people he seems to have in for - Win Butler and Kurt Cobain - are massive narcissistic jackoffs. _________________ A dick that's bigger than the sun.

???? The hell? I thought Wayne was cool. He certainly seemed that way when I saw him live.

I do agree with a few of these (Sgt. Pepper, Oasis, Moby, maybe even Nevermind to an extent). But I severely disagree with a few as well (Mellon Collie and Jagged Little Pill especially).
I don't know, it seems to me with lists like this that it's simply impossible to completely agree or completely disagree with it. It's all subjective. Everyone has an opinion, but it's just a singular opinion on singular albums. Like with this one I would read one and be totally disgusted, then read the next and totally agree.

I can agree with every album on there over-rated list, it's the under-rated list I don't understand

That's not really how Cobain was at all.
