The Dead Kennedys were a real band, as opposed to being a one-note gimmick, so them.
A good rule of thumb in general is '80s hardcore>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>'70s punk rock.

Both are great though. Fresh Fruit & Never Mind The Bollocks are both in my top 100.
The Sex Pistols were just a bit more 'in yo face' punk 😄 Ya know?
