I just finished this movie; it's really good. Aside from that, though, it has a really amazing soundtrack, one of the best I've heard. I highly recommend it. It's a really fascinating look into the drug culture of Scotland. Has anyone else seen it?
Very good film, and a good insight into Edinburgh drug culture in the 80's/90's. Thought the acting was brilliant as well, Robert Carlyle's 'Begbie' was very good, and worryingly realistic.
You should read the book, it's generally considered to be better than the movie. _________________ No-one writes them like they used to, so it may as well be me.

Book wise - I prefer the 'Maribou (sp?) Stork Nightmares' over 'Trainspotting' any day....
But it is still a good movie and agree that Robbie Carlyle rocks!!!
